Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By using WRDRBR you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the service. These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.

2. Who can use WRDRBR

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By signing up you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your content

You own the photos and data you upload. By uploading, you grant WRDRBR AB a limited licence to store and process them solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any other purpose.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to compromise the service, its infrastructure, or other users' accounts
• Use automated tools to interact with the service in bulk or in ways that place unreasonable load on our systems

5. Subscription and billing

WRDRBR offers a free plan and a Pro plan. Pro plan subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Pricing is displayed at the point of purchase.

6. Fair use (Pro plan)

Pro plan features are subject to fair use. Accounts showing automated, bulk, or abusive usage patterns may be subject to limits or suspension at WRDRBR's discretion.

7. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time. WRDRBR AB reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice. On termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. No warranty

WRDRBR is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated results will be accurate. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or decisions made based on content generated by the service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Swedish law, WRDRBR AB's total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of WRDRBR after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
